Our Scope of Services

Vayavana Travels provides travel planning, booking, and support services for domestic and international destinations. Our services include, but are not limited to, package tours, hotel bookings, transportation, flight tickets, and customized itineraries. All services are subject to availability and the terms of our suppliers.

Amendment of Booking by Guest

Any request for changes to a confirmed booking (such as dates, destination, or guest details) must be made in writing. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per the policies of hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Vayavana Travels will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee fulfillment of all requests.

Hotel/Land Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges for hotels and land arrangements (tours, transfers, etc.) will be as per the policy of the respective service provider. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation fees and service charges. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.

Airline Policies

Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policies of the respective airlines. Changes or cancellations may incur penalties or may not be permitted, depending on the fare type. Vayavana Travels is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations. Please check your ticket and airline terms carefully.

General Terms

• All guests are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents and compliance with destination regulations.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule to confirm bookings.
• Vayavana Travels is not liable for force majeure events or actions of third-party suppliers.
